Another Clarke victory ..

An account of John's Ibiza exploits

I qualified & took part in the “2023 Cross Duathlon World Championships in Ibiza”.

Duathlon is basically Run-Bike-Run, however this one was:

>Mountainous Off-Road Run of 5.8km

>Technical Mountain Biking of 20.9km.

>Beach Off-Road Run of 2.3km.

I was 13th in my 60-64 Age Group out of 14 starters & third British Team member which secured me a PQ-Qualification for the 2024 Cross Duathlon World Championships in Townsville, Australia. 👍

The race started at 2:20pm & was run in incredibly hot 🥵 conditions.

I was very pleased with my results.

Amazing result from John Clarke I think you will all agree I guess you had better get used to running in hot conditions if you are going to be doing it down under !!
