Montreal results for Emma

Looks like the weekend was a great one for Emma,

Firstly Saturdays race where she was 4th overall in run leg,

6th overall in bike leg

And 7th out of the whole of the GB team

And a fabulous 29th overall in her Age cat in which the were 60 competitors

Sundays team event was an amazing relay by the GB team and Emma did them and us proud,

Wendy staines who is Emma's coach and who has been working with. and coaching her since March said swimming was not her strong point, but her biking has gone from strength to strength and will continue to improve as she plans to add the chaingang sessions into training, that's if Emma's busy mum schedule allows, if you feel you could benefit from a bit of coaching I'm sure Wendy would be only too happy to assist, and I'm pretty sure we do have other coaches in our fab NEV family, feel free to give them a shout out too

Well done Emma, I think it may be time for a little bit of a rest, unless of course coach has other plans for you 😁👏👏
