Pie and lattes !

Well it's been very quiet on the NEV front so I thought I would remind you all about the pilates sessions that our lovely Luke sorted out with us cyclists in mind over the winter season


Greens pilates is run by Yolanda inside legends and is fabulous


A lot of people ( mostly the menfolks ) think it's a bit of a girly activity and all floofy nothingness , anyone who has actually been will tell you that most certainly is not the case lol , you will most definitely feel muscles you didn't even know you had


Although it's a very low impact .. well NO impact it strengthens core muscles which are a must for all us finely tuned cycling athletes


So who fancies a lovely stretchy session on Friday , have I sold it to you yet ?


The class is a fiver for an hour , it's a fiver well spent and hopefully if we can get a bit more interest that would be amazing , be a shame for it to fizzle out because of low numbers , give it a try if you haven't already ,no long term commitment just go on the weeks you are free ,


Balance , co ordination and a strong core , literally what else could anyone ask for


Now where did I put my toe socks 🤔🤣
